DIU Journal of Humanities and Social Science (JHSS) invites paper for its next issue, which would be published soon. JHSS is a double blind peer-reviewed yearly publication under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Daffodil International University. It is a prestigious academic journal with ISSN (2305-0136) maintaining high standards. It provides a platform for teachers, scholars, professionals and educators in relevant fields to put forth their research findings for the benefit of academic and social progress.

The paper should be related to the wider sphere of humanities and social sciences and specifically to the disciplines of English, Journalism and Mass Communication, Law, Library Science and Development Studies.

The paper, original and unpublished, needs to be written in English within the limit of 8,000 words. It should be divided into coherent subsections including introduction and conclusion; the conclusion will be followed by references. Before introduction, there should be an abstract of about 150 words and a list of keywords. The paper will go through board screening and subsequent specialist review. If the paper is accepted without little or no change, it will enter the process of publication. If there is suggestion for modification, the contributor has to follow the instructions and submit it again within stipulated time

Please use footnotes sparingly only when necessary. Appendix: Optional, set after references as number 1 section head. More than 1 appendix should be lettered. (Appendix A, Appendix B).
